Are you an experienced sales representative with a clean full drivers licence who is looking for a challenging and dynamic role? My client a major force in the FMCG Sector are looking for territory sales representatives to join their team all across Ireland and have the opportunity to represent some of the most exciting brands in the market.

Your new role
As the Territory Sales Representative you will work within your defined region (divided by Provence) to maintain and cement existing customer relationships and develop new relationships at an operational level in order to ensure you deliver on agreed quarterly and annual sales targets.You will develop and promote "Best in Class store execution while also relaying a strong level of product and industry knowledge to current and existing customers.

In this dynamic role you will assist with Maintaining and growing market share for brands represented by the company and maintain accurate records for your territory. You will work with other areas of the business to ensure every customer receives the best possible service and work alongside Business Mangers and when needed participate in trade shows, training and marketing activities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a good understanding of the FMCG market and a full clean drivers licence. and have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload. You will be organised and Tenacious to ensure that your defined sales territory is maximise and demonstrates strong process in all your work. You will have the ability to present professionally to clients and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be outgoing and friendly with strong interpersonal skills and highly numerate and IT literate.

You will have a proven track record of building relationships and delivering commitments across all areas of a Business and be Customer focused, with strong resiliency and sales skills. You will be able to work on your own initiative and take ownership of issues. Previous experience working within the FMCG sector is desirable and you must be willing to travel as part of this role.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid a salary of €28,500-€31,500 with the potential to reach 20% bonus on top of this. You will also receive a daily lunch allowance, a weekly car wash allowance, a company pension scheme.

You will have a 22 day annual leave allowance with an extra day off on your birthday. Alongside all this you will receive a company phone, laptop, fuel card and a fully expensed car derived van
