The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Managing the transition of service delivery from one service provider to another.
- Complex data centre migrations.
- Service Integration and Orchestration.
- Proven track record of working with multi vendors and suppliers.
- Must be the central point for collating project and Programme demand, and act as the centre of excellence for project and Programme delivery.
- Must have service delivery management, solution architecting and/or transition management experience in complex technology based outsourced business.
- Must have change management experience.
- Demonstrate experience in complex, and distributed delivery models with international capability.
- Must be able to work with senior stakeholders.
- Proven management experience in the implementation of IT projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead broad audience through project concepts.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Must be results oriented and demonstrate a positive attitude showing adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills to work in a cross functional.
- Good understanding to IT technology landscape and roadmap.
Skills and Experience:
Essential requirements:
- Relevant professional project management qualifications (i.e. PMI, PRINCE and ITIL)
- 7 - 10 years Project Management management experience with complex migrations and vendor management.Â

- Experience leading small and large organisational transformational change projects/programs, ideally covering areas such as:

- Must have direct experience of structuring, running and managing complex and multi stream services, business projects, programs and portfolios.
