Essential Functions

• Deploying, configuring, and supporting IT Security Technologies
• Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information
• Due-diligence of existing clients solution, analysing physical topology, logical interconnectivity, service dependency, application flows and security constraints
• Responsible for a designated set of network security tools and the security functionality of these tools, such as threat hunting, endpoint detection and response, and security information and event management (SIEM)

Qualifications

• Preferred Relevant firewall certifications (Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 7, Checkpoint CCSE)
• Industry Certifications (S+, CEH, CCNA, CCNP, Azure, AWS)
• Other Industry certifications would be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of industry knowledge
• Good Understanding of Firewall technologies
• Experience with Security solutions
• Experience with Networking
• Experienced in using In-depth protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark
• Ability to analyse device and traffic logs, extensive knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and firewall
