What you will do

You will support Mezzanine's SaaS sales operations and activities for South Africa. This includes working with Customer Relationship Management Tools and Internal Reporting Dashboards. 

You will be responsible for the project administration. You will check that all projects are billed and that completion certificates are compiled and completed. You will also be responsible for the coordination of project review meetings and making sure that all project-related documentation is captured and filed. 

You will reconcile the project reporting system with the financial accounting system - ensuring that all purchase orders related to projects are accounted for. You will also compile dealsheets for each signed contract. 

From a reporting perspective, you will update the internal sales dashboard and interlock with Finance. On a monthly basis you will report on sales to the different verticals and channels. You will use the current internal sales dashboard tool for sales forecasting and update the CRM system and be responsible for managing data on all systems.

The ideal individual will be process driven, have strong presentation skills with a high attention to detail and would possess the desire and willingness to learn.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in end-to-end sales management with direct clients and channels
  • A BComm degree in relevant field, or similar qualification
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Google Workspace
