Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-year degree/diploma in relevant discipline
- Certification in:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Agile certification is essential require a relevant and recognized certification in SAFE methodology
- Scrum Master qualification in Scrum or Kanban an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 6 years experience:
- Minimum 6 years managing projects, epics and features through the end to end lifecycle using PMBOK/PRINCE2/ AGILE methodologies in Telco Digital with reference to specific Digital Channel intiatives implemented on digital platforms as well as other traditional channels
- Specific experience of 3 years delivering Agile projects/features
- Supervising project teams
- Working in a medium to large organization
- Sound financial acumen
- Product and market development experience and knowledge
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors on multiple projects, epics and features
- Previous experience and a in solid understanding of the Digital self service and sales channels will be an advantage
- Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years with a software development team that was diligently applying SAFE principles, practices, and theory.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
- Experience in a telecommunications environment is advantageous but not essential
KPAs:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders of projects, epics and features
- Manage complex/cross-functional projects, epics and features in Agile
- Guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team in the Business unit and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
- Escalate delivery issues and risks as they arise
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example
- Ensure relevant project/feature governance is identified and communicated on the project/features
- Reporting
- Give input into use of project/feature management methodology at communities of practice
