Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.

Duties include:

Aggressively expand and build capacity in the Corporate Sector
Manage overall services and food offerings to the Corporate Sector
Develop and guide food solutions which are tailor made to suit the corporate restaurant sector, embracing the latest technological trends in the industry
Compile Operational Budget and management thereof
Foster good client relations and ensure the maintenance thereof
Monitoring, managing and evaluating the performance of contracts, including profit & loss, purchasing & sales control
Ensure HSE Implementation and monitoring thereof
Provide effective Strategic leadership and mentorship to team

Required Skills

8 Years of Experience     Qualifications   At least 7 -10 years experience in the food service industry.
Experience must include significant exposure to Corporate Key accounts.
A suitable tertiary qualification.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), administrative, financial and control skills.
Demonstrate an ability to be innovative, proactive and willing to work in a team environment.
