Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications [Level TBA: Pre- was L5] in Finance Economics and Accounting 2 - 3 years experience in a similar environment Assessing IT changes for control and audit purposes, Post implementation review and change failure analysis, Change management reports, Change co-existence, Chairing of CAB meetings and Release Planning. Technical Knowledge, Exposure & ExperienceITIL Service Management, Agile knowledge and DevOps Site Reliability Engineering, Organisational / People Change Management Technologies:Service Management Tool Remedy, Office Team and SharePoint Stakeholder EngagementsDevelopers, Product owners from business and the whole IT personnel Exciting features of this rolePart of exploring and pioneering Guided Autonomy for localised decision making. Repurposing of processes, re-engineering and creating new service models for the AgileShift and application of systems thinking for a soft landing in the Digital Transformation.
