Minimum requirements:
- A degree in HR or similar
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a professional services environment
- Proven track record as an HR Generalist
- Experience working on DNA/Payspace, or any payroll/HR system will be advantageous
- Payroll, Leave and Benefit administration
- Performance management and development
- Assist in annual HR budget, Skills developments submissions and annual BBBEE Audit
- Trustworthy with high levels of confidentiality
- Independent and a self-starter
