Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Develop Execute Implement and Optimize Digital Strategies for the company
- Manage and maintain the companys website and associated microsite(s)
- Campaign Analytics and Analysis
- Manage and maintain the companys social media platforms
- Content strategy and management of production thereof
- Campaign management and online reputation management
- Manage user rights
- Event Social Media Coverage & CRM Collection
- Pre- and post-event digital amplification and content creation (working with in-house design team / partnering agencies / freelance consultants)
- Attend brand events to assist with the management of CRM Collection, digital activations, videographers and to capture live social media coverage
- Generate frequent Meltwater reports
- Offer insights and strategic input based on report insights
- Stay appraised of and be comfortable implementing new digital trends
- Negotiate contracts with service providers
- Internal CRM Database Management
- Email & SMS Marketing as well as Report on delivery results
- Manage event invitations, guest lists and RSVPs as well as report on delivery results
- Work with in-house design agency and freelance consultants on various CRM and brand projects
- Develop, nurture and manage online communities
- Work within agreed budgets
- Train users, coordinators or interns when required
Skills and Requirements:
- Marketing degree or similar qualification
- Digital Marketing postgraduate or short course(s)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing (Agency or in-house)
- Highly inclusive and professional stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Excellent team player, communication, and decision-making skills
- Content Management System (CMS) knowledge & experience
- SalesForce advanced knowledge is advantageous
- Online monitoring software knowledge & experience
- Online content production and eventing experience
- Google Analytics as a top proficiency
- Confidence to present to senior management and international stakeholders
- Experience working in Ed Tech is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Endurance and ability to tolerate extended hours
- Understanding the importance of attention to detail
