Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Following up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
  • Participating in the design and monitoring of the branch
  • Participating in safety forums
  • New business development
  • Monitoring and assessing the market environment
  • Oversight and management of employee discipline
  • Adhering to group and company standards on risk and security mitigation
  • Ensuring compliance with Group Reconciliation and Operational Cash Controls (ROCC)
  • Training and development
  • Effective Labour and Organisation
  • Client retention and customer service levels
  • Operations management
  • Managing relationship between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
  • Maintaining company procedures and policies for CPC, CIT, all cash floats
  • Managing the usage of company assets
  • Gross Margin Management


Experience & Qualification

  • 3 years tertiary qualification
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management
